Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in Me, even if he dies, will live. Everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die— ever. Do you believe this?" John 11:25–26 (HCSB)

1. I MUST EXPERIENCE ________ IN JESUS

So Jesus then told them plainly, "Lazarus has died." John 11:14

… however, she who is self-indulgent is dead even while she lives. 1 Timothy 5:6

After He said this, He shouted with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come out!" John 11:43

The Spirit is the One who gives life. The flesh doesn’t help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. John 6:63

Hold firmly to the message of life. Philippians 2:16a

2. I MUST EXERSICE ________ THROUGH CHRIST

After He said this, He shouted with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come out!" The dead man came out bound hand and foot with linen strips and with his face wrapped in a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Loose him and let him go." John 11:43–44 (HCSB)

Therefore, if the Son sets you free, you really will be free. John 8:36 (HCSB)

3. I MUST ENJOY _________ FOR JESUS

Six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany where Lazarus was, the one Jesus had raised from the dead. So they gave a dinner for Him there; Martha was serving them, and Lazarus was one of those reclining at the table with Him. John 12:1–2 (HCSB)

Listen! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and have dinner with him, and he with Me. Revelation 3:20 (HCSB)

4. I MUST EXPRESS __________ TO JESUS

Then a large crowd of the Jews learned He was there. They came not only because of Jesus, but also to see Lazarus the one He had raised from the dead. Therefore the chief priests decided to kill Lazarus also because he was the reason many of the Jews were deserting them and believing in Jesus. John 12:9–11 (HCSB)
